From Japan! Welcome to the world of Ren Morino, who created these cute, little creatures!
12 years ago, Ren saw a YouTube video about a Japanese dormouse, and became obsessed with them.
When his intuition reached his maximum, Ren took immediate action. Through trial and error, he drew his first few illustrations, and then developed his imagery into this story, which, as if by word of mouth, became an epic tale as he continued to write.
It took more than 10 years to write the story called “Yah’s Forest”, which features these small animals.
It was Ren’s very first book.
These animal characters are shining children, who were reborn after 800 years, and now work to promote justice. They are messengers who overcome many challenges in the name of peace.
In the book, forest ranger Mr. F warmly watches these little messengers of justice grow up.
This is an adventurous fantasy story with plenty of colorful illustrations.
Ren produced products, such as T-shirts, premium T-shirts, V-neck T-shirts, tank tops, long-sleeve T-shirts, Raglan baseball T-shirts, sweatshirts, pullover hoodies, zip hoodies, PopSockets, PopGrips, phone cases, tote bags, and throw pillows featuring his illustrations.
Currently, these goods are available in seven countries: the USA, Japan, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
Ren Morino has also drawn a series of interesting illustrations inspired by Edvard Munch’s The Scream.
People who have psychological problems can see their mental state in his illustrations, so they can see themselves in his artwork. Customers can choose the illustration that suits their mentality.
